What happens when people come together to create?
This exhibition marks the closing of Craft & Art Journeys, a citywide project in Eindhoven that invited people to explore craft, identity, memory, and shared storytelling.
Over several days, participants joined free creative sessions guided by local artists and makers. Through weaving, decoupage, embroidery, and other craft practices, people created individual pieces that became part of a collective artwork.
The exhibition presents both the final works and the process behind them: the conversations, the experiments, the small discoveries, and the moments of connection that happened while people were crafting together.
Craft & Art Journeys shows craft not only as a creative practice, but as a way to meet, listen, share stories, and build a sense of belonging in the city.
The exhibition invites visitors to discover the artworks, follow the journey of the participants, and reflect on how creativity can connect people across cultures, generations, and experiences.
