About the event
A creative workshop for slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and exploring what matters to you right now.
Do you ever feel like your head is just too full? Too much to do, too many thoughts — or maybe you're going through a change, standing at a crossroads, or sensing something needs a bit more attention without knowing quite what.
Sometimes it helps to stop thinking about it for a while, and start creating instead.
What it is
In this 2 hour workshop, we use painting — no experience needed — to slow down and sit with two simple questions: What do I want to let go of? And what do I want to hold on to? We start by reconnecting with the playful, curious side of creativity, the part that existed before we worried about "good" or "bad." From there, your painting becomes a quiet space to explore what's taking up room in your life right now.
